Beyond real estate, Kim's interests span various sports like biking and pickleball. A dedicated spouse and mother of three daughters with five grandchildren, Kim also finds joy in exploring the world through her love of travel.

He grew up in a rural community north of Kansas City and attended Missouri Western State University where he majored in business. Richard has worked in real estate for over 30 years. He delivers a passion for finding the right home for buyers and backs it up with a personal knowledge of the market that can’t be matched. In his spare time, Richard collects antiques, works with local non-profit originations and enjoys dining out. He’s always got a great restaurant recommendation.
